Home, Hope & Healing, our skilled, home health care agency; and Aspire Behavioral Health & Counseling, our behavioral health division, are looking for skilled, compassionate staff who share our vision to enrich the lives of clients and their families in Maine.

Home, Hope & Healing is a homecare agency that provides skilled pediatric and adult nursing care in your home throughout the State of Maine. We are a licensed agency and CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program) accredited.

We specialize in services that are seen in patients with high acuity/complex medical needs such as tracheostomy & ventilator care, gastric feedings, oxygen therapy, and seizure management. Our services are delivered with compassion and respect and our experienced health care providers are trained to recognize the sensitive blend of family dynamics with client’s medical needs.

We are committed to helping those in need obtain the medical services they require so they can remain home with their loved ones. This is accomplished through:

• RN evaluation on the level of services needed based upon each individual’s specific care needs.
• Coordinate services with identified team members such as MD specialists, PCPs, durable medical equipment providers, pharmacists, schools, family members, and other community agencies.
• Ensuring our staff are trained specific to each client’s individual needs.
• Provide supportive services to family members through education and advocacy
• Work collaboratively with the Office of MaineCare Services and contracted insurance companies.
• Care Plan Development and revisions to assure optimum outcomes.

Aspire Behavioral Health & Counseling is a division of Home, Hope & Healing and was created to meet the needs of individuals with dual diagnoses of medical and behavioral needs.

We specialize in bringing multiple providers together so that our clients receive the most comprehensive care available in Maine. We strive to provide excellent client/family services, consistent skill-based interventions that yield positive outcomes, respect, and dignity for all persons and work collaboratively with other providers with the goal of improving client well-being.
