The University of Maine at Farmington seeks part-time, seasonal assistant coaches for its following intercollegiate varsity sports programs:

Traditional Season/Fall:

  • Soccer (M)- Filled
  • Soccer (W) - Filled
  • Cross Country (M&W)

Traditional Season /Winter:

  • Track & Field (M&W) - Filled
  • Alpine (M&W)-Filled - Filled

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include sufficient experience with the sport skills and principles to teach/provide feedback that improves performance safety, impeccable integrity, dependability, professionalism, and the ability to pass a background check are essential. Driving record and ability must meet UMaine System standards for operating vans/similar vehicles for team transportation. Must be available for practice and competitives schedules, which are likely to include afternoon, evenings and weekends (possibly mornings and/or other times depending on the sport/season).

Preferred qualifications include previous collegiate coaching / competitive experience. A bachelor's degree, applicable degree/certificate/licensure. Interest, availability, and ability to assist with recruiting is desired.
