With these aspirations in mind, we have an immediate opening for an Employee Success Specialist to join our talented and growing team of IT Professionals in Portland, Maine. This role will provide critical support in nurturing the employee experience and stewarding our employee-ownership culture.

Working closely with the employee success manager, hiring managers, human resources, and leadership, you will have the opportunity to work on recruitment, retention, learning & development, and workplace activities.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working with people, has an interest in workplace culture, and thrives in fast-paced environments. The right candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the coordination and administration of recruitment activities, including phone screenings, interview scheduling, data tracking, reporting, and candidate communication.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of new employee orientation, ensuring new hires have an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Work with Employee Success Manager on learning & development programs, supporting career growth & skill development for all employees.
  • Collaborate and work on a variety of special projects related to workforce development, our internship program, community engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.

  • A strong desire to be innovative and creative, supporting in process improvement and procedure documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • The team is always learning and growing, so a passion for technology and a track record of continuous learning are also key.
  • Ability to work in our Portland, Maine office.
