With these aspirations in mind, we have an immediate opening for an Employee Success Specialist to join our talented and growing team of IT Professionals in Portland, Maine. This role will provide critical support in nurturing the employee experience and stewarding our employee-ownership culture.
Working closely with the employee success manager, hiring managers, human resources, and leadership, you will have the opportunity to work on recruitment, retention, learning & development, and workplace activities.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working with people, has an interest in workplace culture, and thrives in fast-paced environments. The right candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Responsibilities
- Support in the coordination and administration of recruitment activities, including phone screenings, interview scheduling, data tracking, reporting, and candidate communication.
- Assist in the design and delivery of new employee orientation, ensuring new hires have an exceptional onboarding experience.
- Work with Employee Success Manager on learning & development programs, supporting career growth & skill development for all employees.
- Collaborate and work on a variety of special projects related to workforce development, our internship program, community engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
