Our On-Call coverage serves to have back up for Residential Counselors who may need a last-minute sub or an extra person to cover the bases. We currently have two 12-hour shifts (Wed & Fri – 6pm to 6am) needing coverage. We provide a $50 stipend for each shift and a competitive hourly wage for actual hours worked. Typically, each shift requires a couple of hours of work.

Additional subbing may also be available for those interested.

SMI is a private, residential mental health treatment program for young adults. Our clients are bright and engaging and have typically struggled in college.
