× Plan and coordinate work and evaluate performance of Inventory, shipping Receiving associates

× Responsible for understanding of company obligation to Import and Export law with DOT, EAR, OFAC, IATA regulations.

× Maintain a cost effective balance between customer service and cost of shipment.

× Works closely with client’s representatives to ensure service satisfaction. Analyzes service failures/issues and implements performance improvement processes to enhance future service delivery.

× Unload, unpack and examine inbound shipments from vendors and customers; verify all required documentation is included and accurate±

× Track and record information in the company’s ERP system, making appropriate transactions and notifications as required±

× Actively engage with associated departments to resolve inventory, Shipping and receiving discrepancies±

× Issue material to Production in an efficient, effective and safe manner

× Responsible for inventory accuracy and integrity±

× Participate on cross-functional teams; actively collaborate with colleagues to build a culture of inclusion, professionalism and excellence±

× Must receive on-the-job training and demonstrate competence in

× DOT Hazardous Materials [HAZMAT]

× IATA Dangerous Goods

× International Maritime Dangerous Goods

× Hazardous and Universal Waste [RCRA]

× Responsible for understanding safety requirements and emergency procedures

× Responsible for handling and processing hazardous waste as required within the work area
