Manager in Training - Full Time

R. H. Foster Energy, LLC, a Maine-based and locally operated company, is seeking an enthusiastic Freshies Store Manager In Training.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training in all aspects of customer service and ensuring service standards exceed customer expectations while achieving sales and margin targets. This position will also be trained in all aspects of staff management, recruitment, and associate training and will supervise employees to include management personnel. The successful candidate will be trained for all aspects of safety and security, cash control, and preparation and maintenance of company operating records.

Job Requirements

Convenience store or retail management a plus. Successful candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment, possess outstanding customer service skills, and be a great team player.

Education Requirements

Position requires a one-year certificate from college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
