We are currently seeking a Convenience Store Manager to join our team in Presque Isle. This position will be responsible for the management of our Freshies convenience store and deli.

As a member of our team, Store Managers have the responsibility for the management of the entire store operation. The Store Manager lead their teams to ensure service execution exceed the customer's expectation, and achievement of store and profit goals. Will maximize store profitability through managing all controllable expenses, optimizing all revenue streams, and leading and developing a high performing team. Store Manager are responsible for customer and associate satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability. The Store Manager will select, develop and effectively lead a highly engaged team.

Experience:

• A proven history of 3 years’ experience managing others is preferred
• Experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-year degree in business related field preferred
