Assistant Store Manager - Full Time

R. H. Foster Energy, LLC, a Maine-based and locally operated company located in Hampden, Maine is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager in our Ellsworth market. Successful candidate will be self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include: Assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of customer service and ensuring service standards exceed customer expectations while achieving sales and margin targets. This position will also be responsible for assisting with staff management, recruitment, and training while assisting with all aspects of safety and security, cash control, and preparation/maintenance of company operating records.

Requirements

Convenience store or retail experience a plus. Successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess outstanding customer service skills and be a great team player.
