This position is responsible for processing data, creating and editing product databases, performing product Q/C, and verifying product integrity. Ensures all process managers are in working order and follows proper procedures for restarts and recoveries. Performs periodic and scheduled back-ups and restorations. Become knowledgeable in understanding data flow within department from point of entry to exit; develop diagnostic and analytical skills to be able to troubleshoot and resolve problems; become knowledgeable with database structures, product configurations, and database maintenance.

• Strong analytical skills, initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to follow defined production processes
• Some technical background, either through formal training or equivalent on-the-job experience 
• Proficiency in Windows, particularly web browsers and Windows Explorer
• Familiarity with DOS file structures and file organization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changes
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and skill levels to find the best solutions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
