Seeking experienced professional with proven success in salary planning/administration and employee benefits program design/implementation to lead the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs for a 400-person workforce. Applies strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills to track and manage critical business information.

Requirements

  • Experience in compensation planning and design that demonstrates proficiency in compensation concepts, systems, practices and methodologies
  • Extensive experience managing employee benefits, including strategic planning, program design, vendor management, administration and communications
  • Demonstrated application of best practices in compensation and benefits program management
  • Proficiency in state and federal employment, benefits and compensation laws
  • Strong analytical skills/experience using information management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area (CEBS or CCP preferred)
