The Shelburne House Program of NFI Vermont is seeking a Residential Counselor to join their team. Shelburne House is a trauma-informed residential treatment program, which provides assessment and stabilization services to adolescent males, ages 13-18. Counselors provide supervision, support, guidance and role modeling to the youth in order to help facilitate healing and growth.  Other responsibilities include helping with activities of daily living and building independent living skills.  Experience working with teenagers with emotional and behavioral challenges, or a BA in psychology or a related field required.  Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to function well in a team atmosphere and a valid driver's license.
