The Crossroads Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at NFI Vermont is looking for an assistant director for the adolescent program. Crossroads provides intensive outpatient services based on the theory and practice of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Clients are typically referred to IOP as a way to bridge inpatient psychiatric or substance abuse treatment and traditional outpatient therapy, or to address mental health and/or co-occurring issues which are not being adequately resolved in the outpatient setting.
This position is optional for part-time or for Full -time. The full-time position will include our comprehensive Benefits package and consist of 20 hours dedicated to leadership support for the adolescent IOP and 20 hours for outpatient DBT services (individual, family, group). The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinician with training and experience in DBT. The assistant director will work closely with the program director to oversee the administrative and clinical needs of the program, including completing intake evaluations, communicating with community partners, training/supervision, and program decisions when the director is not present.
