Facilitateparticipant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and positivebehavior.

Shift Work is available:all shifts (2nd and 3rd)

NFI North is seeking Direct Care Counselors on 2nd shift for our Wednesday – Saturday at our Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. This program is a residential program that has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive care to adults with sustained mental health challenges.

Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population. We will train if you are changing careers.
