Collection of specimens and performance of tests ordered as available in the clinical laboratory; keeps various records associated with these tests; responsible for and reviews quality control, maintenance and abnormal results associated with these tests.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited MT or MLT program and registered as an MT or MLT by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP), American Medical Technologists (AMT), or a CLT by Health and Human Services (HS), or equivalent. 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
