Exciting Talent Acquisition Opportunity!

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work with our Talent Management team to provide outstanding customer service to our customers and team members. This position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring outstanding talent for Mascoma Bank. This position is the public face of the Bank during the recruitment process and must ensure a positive experience for candidates, from application to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates and consults with hiring managers, making recommendations for acquiring the best talent for their positions.

Two+ years of Human Resources experience is preferred. Candidates must possess a commitment to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion. Professional HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) or advanced education in HR/recruiting/workforce development is preferred. Proficient use of technology and experience using Microsoft Office products, applicant tracking systems, and social media is needed. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. This role may be performed remotely within our service areas. Travel to meetings, workshops, career fairs, and networking events throughout NH and VT is required.
