We are looking for an Analytics and Insight Manager who will work with our Digital Marketing team to provide outstanding customer service to our customers and team members. The Analytics and Insight Manager is responsible for tracking, interpreting, and monitoring all digital marketing data and analytics including the performance of emails, digital advertisements, social media posts, and general digital behavior around Mascoma Bank’s digital marketing initiatives. This includes taking a leadership role in suggesting edits, tweaks, and new initiatives based on historical data trends and behaviors to maximize the return on investment for the Bank’s marketing efforts. The Analytics and Insight Manager will work proficiently inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud and affiliated applications. 

Expert ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data, with proven analytical skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proofreading abilities, and a strong attention to detail are needed. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of basic software application concepts and practices, and a comfort with everchanging technology.
