Under the immediate supervision of the Chef Manager, is responsible for providing dining room services to Sugar Hill residents as well as washing and sanitation of kitchen area.

This is a part-time position working 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities
1 Perform duties of dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation of kitchen and/or dining room cleaning/reset on a rotational basis
2 Clearing and setting tables, setting up for resident functions
3 Serves meals to residents in dining room for dinner and brunch
4 Serves meals at catered events as required
5 Opening and closing side work as directed by supervisor to include but not limited to preparing and packaging takeout orders
6 Communicate resident needs to kitchen
7 Completes closing shift duties nightly
