Hospice of Southern Maine is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) in the Home Program, responsible to provide quality, cost effective hospice nursing care, within an interdisciplinary team, in a competent holistic manner for an assigned group of patients, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care; to empower patients and families to achieve maximum levels of comfort and independence.
