Greater Seacoast Community Health is looking for a dental receptionist to join our dental team. This position is primarily located in our Somersworth, NH facility, with the possibility of supporting the dental team located at Families First in Portsmouth, NH. 

Duties include but are not limited to: Greet patients with a friendly professional manner, providing excellent customer service;  back up check in / check out; scheduling appointments; insurance verifications;  adding insurance plans into dentrix;  phone support- appointment verification, scheduling appointments and answering general questions; incoming / Outgoing dental releases-including importing dental x-ray.

Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED. Excellent customer/patient service skills and good communication skills are required. Dental or medical office experience preferred.
