Function: Originate, process, and close all types of residential loan products including secondary market, portfolio, and MSHA products. Analyze, underwrite and make loan decisions within assigned authority.

• Represent the Bank in the real estate communities of assigned market areas, participate in community events

• Conduct face to face, virtual and telephone interviews with customers, discuss loan programs, qualifications, etc.

• Assist customers with completion of loan application package

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations

• Analyze data, supporting documentation to make lending decision

• Monitor loan files' progress through processing and underwriting stages

• Communicate with real estate brokers, attorneys, appraisers, etc. regarding rates, status, or requirements

• Schedule and conduct mortgage loan closings

• Provide assistance to Branches and other loan officers

• Cross-sell Bank products and services to loan customers, as appropriate

• Perform other duties as requested.
