The Occupational Health Nurse is an integral part of our dynamic clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties listed below:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with pre-employment health screenings.
• Provide case management of medical injuries.
• Provide case management of non-occupational illness / injuries and medical leaves to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and safe return to work.
• Assist with incident investigation, root cause identification, uncover patterns and trends in injury data and the design of safety controls.
• Maintain OSHA records/reports and employee medical files.
• Establish, develop and maintain a strong network with providers and specialty providers.
• Participate as an essential member of the COVID Response Team.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
• Minimum of two (2) years claims case management experience preferred
• Three to five (3-5) years' experience in an occupational health role preferred
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills
• Strong computer skills to include MS Excel and electronic calendaring
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Hours:

Full time, 40 hours per week

Compensation:

$72,000 / year, depending on experience and qualifications
