Description

ESM, Inc. Maine’s premier social services agency, is seeking applicants for the position of Community Integration Worker (CIW). This is an hourly position with a starting annual salary of $37,440. The primary role of a Community Integration Worker is to assist adults with mental health illnesses in identifying and implementing support strategies that reflect the client’s personal vision.

The CIW works with the client and other individuals that the client identifies such as family, friends, and service providers in developing a person centered plan and then assists with follow through on goals and objectives. The CIW will monitor services and work with the client to assure his/her satisfaction with the process and outcomes of support, services and available resources.

Requirements MHRT-C. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance that meets Maine legal requirements. ESM employees must be caring, show enthusiasm, and have a good work ethic.

Benefits ESM offers weekly pay, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance (100% paid by employer), and AFLAC insurances (100% paid by employee), vacation time offered after six (6) months of service to use in the next six (6) months and a set vacation time amount that rolls over annually and increases with years of service, three (3) paid sick days, eight (8) paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and 401K fund after eligibility is met (25% employer match up to $20.00 per week).

Education The successful applicant will have a MHRT-C, with 2+ years of Human Service experience.
