As a Direct Support Staff with ESM you will be working closely with individuals who may have a mental illness or intellectual disabilities, who need assistance in many or all aspects of their life. It could include personal care, community skills, bringing to appointments, home maintenance, organizational skills, banking, shopping, recreational exploration, behavioral health management, and motivation, among other things. Much of the work we do is in the community or the individual's home. As an employee of ESM, it is very important to be flexible.
