Dinse P.C. is seeking a full-time paralegal to join our corporate team. Duties include, but are limited to, immigration and trademark applications, maintaining corporate books, assistance with mergers and acquisitions due diligence and closings and corporate filings with the Vermont Secretary State. The candidate must have excellent communication, case management, organizational, computer, research and writing skills and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
