Description: Day One is an established, non-profit organization and is Maine's premier agency dealing with adolescent substance use. This full time, 40-hour per week position will be part of Day One's program at Mountain View Correctional Center (MVCC) in Charleston, ME providing substance use assessments, individual, group and family counseling for young adults (18-30) and *adults (30+) *incarcerated at MVCC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide substance use assessments, individual, group, and family counseling for Day One's program at the MVCC in accordance with the standards established and periodically updated by Day One. Maintain all clinical records in accordance with agency, licensing, and clinical standards. Provide Program Manager with statistics and client data as requested and as necessary to fulfill contract requirements. Participate in clinical supervision, training and staff meetings. Participate in MVCC clinical, quarterly, aftercare, team and unit treatment team meetings as appropriate. Represent Day One professionally at MVCC and the greater community as directed. Work collaboratively with the Department of Corrections staff, other contracted services staff, and with other Day One staff as needed and as appropriate, to further Day One's mission and effectively serve clients.

Physical Environment: Duties will be performed at MVCF in Charleston, Maine. Some travel required to other Day One locations as well as to outside events.
