Personal support position in Concord, NH

A sweet and smart 19 year old man in Concord is looking for a person to provide assistance with activities in the community. Hourly pay $13-15.00 hr. depending on experience.

Job will include:

• Providing transportation and assistance with social activities at home and in the community.

• Promote and engage in activities that meet the objectives contained in his Individual Service Plan, with an emphasis on living independently.

Expectations of applicants:

• Someone who is both fun, responsible and willing to find ways to get this young man active! Swimming, bowling, going to the gym etc.

• Clean criminal and driving record along with a reliable car required.

• Must be mature, responsible, creative, fun and enjoy participating in recreational, and social opportunities with this young man.

• Transferable experience
