Personal support position in Concord, NH

Fun loving and charismatic, 19 year old young man in Bow seeks person to provide assistance with employment and community support. Hourly pay $13.00 hr, plus mileage stipend

Job will include:

• Providing transportation and assistance at his job as well as social activities at home and in the community.

• Promote and engage in activities that meet the objectives contained in his Individual Service Plan, with an emphasis on living independently.

Expectations of applicants:

• Someone who is both fun, responsible and a non-smoker who likes cats and small dogs.

• Clean criminal and driving record along with a reliable car required.

• Must be mature, responsible, creative, fun and enjoy participating in recreational, work and social opportunities with this young man.
