Clara Martin Center is a rural non-profit community mental health center located in the center of Vermont. We provide a variety of high quality behavioral health services to the residents of the Upper Valley primarily in Orange County and surrounding towns, with multiple offices located in Randolph, Bradford, Chelsea and Wilder.

*Emergency & Residential Services Coordinator: *This is a full time position that provides programmatic and clinical oversight to our 24-hour on-call Acute Care Service system and our Residential Services programs. Duties include providing leadership in fielding and triaging requests for emergency psychiatric crisis services, outreach and education to local referral agencies including police, schools, DCF and area hospitals, as well as oversight and supervision of our emergency service team. Additionally, this position provided leadership and oversight of our 4 bed homeless shelter and our 2 bed crisis program. This position serves as a back-up for consultations to our on call staff and will work in collaboration with the Director of Acute Care Services to ensure access to acute care triage and assessments for persons who are experiencing a mental health emergency.

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field is preferred, however a Bachelor's Degree with previous behavioral health acute care and supervisory experience will be considered.
