Brann & Isaacson is seeking an experienced Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal. This position works closely with an experienced team of attorneys and senior paralegal. This is a full-time position which may be performed remotely temporarily in keeping with the firm’s COVID 19 protocols and procedures.

Requirements

· Associates degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years).

· Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe or Power PDF, and Worksite or similar document management software.

· Superior written communication skills, intellectual curiosity, value attention to detail and self-motivation.

· The ideal candidate will have prior experience with all aspects of probate administration including direct client communication, e-filing with Maine Probate Courts, and the preparation of estate and trust accountings.
