Central Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced, licensed insurance agent for our West Ossipee, New Hampshire office in a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent role. Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

-- Quote, sell and service personal lines insurance

--Handle all client contacts for personal lines customers

--Review and manage customer renewals and re-markets

--Work well with our personal lines team

Qualification requirements:

--Several years experience with personal lines insurance

--New Hampshire property and casualty license

--Agency management system knowledge – experience with AMS 360 or equivalent

--Strong communication and people skills

Education:

--High School Diploma

--Insurance related education/designations a plus
