Position Overview:
The Lube Technician is responsible for quality maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes and tire rotations. This entry-level position will help progress employees to become full automotive line technicians. We provide training, tools, and uniforms!

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
Essential Functions:
- Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
- Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made
