Position Overview:

The Service Advisor is a great opportunity to experience the day to day operations of the service department. Whether answering and making phone calls and emails, or assisting service customers face to face, you'll be responsible for making sure every customer has a positive lasting experience.

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of one year prior-automotive experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A Valid Driver's License and favorable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States

Essential Function:

• Provide every customer with an estimate of repair costs including parts and labor, or identification of warranty coverage, after a complete assessment is completed at the vehicle.
• Provide customers authorization in a timely fashion for additional repairs that may be needed before the repairs are attempted.
• Establish a realistic and specific time promise (including waiters) for each customer.
• Maintain an accurate job tracking sheet which provides a proper workload, based on daily calculations of group capability. Workload should not create carryovers, nor should the production group run out of work
