Position Overview:

A Business Development Representative is responsible for receiving incoming calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Department.

Who You Are:

• You are proficient and have a strong understanding of CRM tools
• You can establish and manage continuous improvement efforts for the BDC
• You are self-motivated, goal oriented, and have the proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment while achieving BDC related customer satisfaction goals measured by manufacturer surveys
• You have excellent customer service skills and are clear in your communication, verbally and orally
• You stay informed on industry trends and have the proven ability to create and manage a positive and productive work environment within the BDC
• You have 2+ years of Sales or customer service experience
• You are professional have a strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• You possess a high sense of urgency

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Essential Responsibilities:

• Keep informed of the requirements, duties and standards of the position assigned
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technical and performance requirements essential to perform the position
• Establish, maintain and fine-tune the skills and abilities required to perform the position to the standards set.
