We are an agency that provides assistance to children and adults who are challenged by developmental delays, behavioral issues and complex care management needs.  Aspire is a division to Home, Hope and Healing, and meets the needs of individuals with dual diagnoses of medical and behavioral needs.  We specialize in Case Management and bringing multiple providers together so that our clients receive the most comprehensive care available in Maine.  We also offer counseling services for children, adults and families.
